In addition to growing their own sweet potatoes for their distilled spirits like gin and sweet potato liqueur, Corbin also grows rye as a rotation/cover crop, and so naturally started distilling their own rye whiskey as well. They grow, harvest, ferment and distill. Farm to glass, and expertly made, this is a solid line of spirits. The distiller (and farmer!), David Souza, will be leading the store tasting with us.
