If you’ve been curious about American single malts, this is a great place to start. Their flagship whiskey boasts five different malts in the grain bill, including Munich, Pale, and Brown, and is aged for a minimum of two years. The Westland Sherry Wood finish has a slightly different grain bill and is aged for a minimum of 26 months in a combination of ex-Oloroso and PX sherry casks, as well as ex-bourbon. This is a perfect after dinner whiskey, rich with just a bit of sweetness on the finish. If you’re looking for smoke, they’ve got a peated single malt as well. Don’t forget to snag a gift pack!
